Nathan is the district technician.  He has been with the Soil and Water Office for 3 years.

Doris Scully

Doris is the District Conservationist.  She works for the NRCS, but her office is located in the SWCD Office.

Dale Walker

Dale is a Resource Specialist.  He works for the newly formed Indiana State Department of Agriculture (ISDA).

Supervisors

The Clay County Soil and Water Conservation Board consist of 5 members.  Three elected, and two appointed.  The 2006 supervisors include (from left to right), Steve Stoelting, Matt Mace, Tim Stearly, Marshall Nuckolls (Chairman), and Leon Mercer.

Contractor

Daryl Rumbley has been hired as a private contractor, by the district, through a IDEM 319 grant.  He is responsible for developing and writing a watershed management plan which we hope to use in the future for more grant money to clean up streams and rivers in Clay County.
